What We Do
Exterior & Outdoor Living Services
Some projects focus on one improvement; others combine siding, structures, and finish work into a complete exterior transformation.
Deck
New and replacement decks, stairs, railings, and landings planned around access, use, and the yard.
Patio Covers
Shade and weather protection over a patio, deck, or gathering area — built for North Texas weather.
Siding
Siding replacement, related repairs, trim, and finish details — coordinated with your other exterior work.
A Coordinated Plan for Your Exterior
Exterior projects often affect more than one part of the property.
A new patio cover may need to connect to the roofline, siding, trim, drainage, lighting, and an existing deck or slab. Replacing siding may uncover damaged sheathing that must be repaired first. Handling these as unrelated jobs creates mismatched finishes and difficult transitions. We bring the visible design and construction details into one plan by first reviewing:
- The condition of the current exterior
- The problems you want to solve
- How you use the yard
- The architectural style of the home
- Existing siding, trim, roofing & decks
- Drainage & water movement
- Sun & weather exposure
- Neighborhood or HOA requirements
The goal is improvements that look like they belong together — not additions attached at different times without a larger plan.

What Can Be Included
Depending on the property, an exterior renovation may include siding replacement and repairs; new or replacement decks; patio covers and covered outdoor living; exterior trim and finish details; exterior doors or openings connected to the project; repairs around an addition or ADU; outdoor lighting and electrical prep; drainage and gutter coordination; and walkways or patio connections.

Built for North Texas Conditions
Siding, decks, and patio covers all face DFW sun, wind, rain, and temperature swings. We select materials and details — flashing, drainage, attachment points, and finishes — with those conditions in mind, and coordinate roofline connections so the finished project performs as well as it looks. A written scope should explain which surfaces, structures, repairs, and materials are included; comparing only the final price can be misleading when contractors include different levels of preparation.

Good Questions
Exterior Renovation Questions
Yes. Siding, decks, patio covers, trim, and related exterior work can often be planned under one coordinated project.
Yes. We evaluate the visible siding condition and develop a replacement or repair scope based on the property and selected material.
Possibly. The existing structure and surface must be reviewed to determine whether they can support or coordinate with the proposed cover.
Yes. Coordinating the two lets the structural supports, layout, stairs, railings, roof, electrical, and drainage be planned together.
Permit requirements depend on the city and scope. Structural decks, attached patio covers, and other major exterior changes may require permits and inspections.
We select siding profiles, roof details, trim, columns, finishes, and colors with the existing home in mind. Exact matches aren’t always available on older properties, but the goal is a finished project that feels planned and connected.
